The consultation process was brilliant - great listening, real care and an eye beyond just a build. Bahram spent a lot of time and care going through our plans and suggesting some brilliant improvements. This is far beyond just a building quote or drawing plans, he looked at our work holistically and was honest about what we could do. The team are welcoming and there's a lovely family ethos at their head office.

« The quality of the work carried out by Probuild360 Significantly FALLS BELOW THE STANDARD EXPECTED OF A PROFFESIONAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY », the conclusion of the Registered Expert Structural Engineer on Probuild360’ s construction work on our house (January 2026) Parts of Probuild360’s structural work on our house extension/ renovation were found to have been performed with unacceptable craftsmanship, which resulted in compromising the structural stability of the building. Just One example: Excessive heat was applied during the modification of the two existing structural steel beams, which has penetrated the web of the beams and significantly weakened them. The beams were also cut very roughly and inappropriately (pictures will be attached soon). Due to Probuild’s craftmanship, these beams are now deemed unsatisfactory and now need to be replaced. Probuild360 were keeping these unsatisfactory beams in our Home and have been fiercely denying that there is anything wrong with their works. The Building Inspector has rejected these structural beams (due to Probuild’s work on them) and has requested their replacement (February 2025). Two Structural Engineers and a registered Expert Witness Structural Engineer have also concluded that Probuild’s work is unacceptable and have deemed these beams, as modified by Probuild360, to be unsatisfactory and require replacement before further works can continue (January 2025 & January 2026). A few limited comments on Probuild360’s reply to our review: This project is not “historic” as claimed by Probuild360 in their reply. It is Current, On- going and Unresolved. The house remains a building site and unfinished. It is disingenuous from Probuild360 to claim that they have ever offered any resolution. They have Not. On the contrary, they always have and still are, claiming that there are no defects in their works and there is No corrective structural work to be carried out by them. We found ourselves not only having to deal with Low Standards of Construction Work (the very opposite of this company's marketing as a high standards high/ quality construction company), but also we found ourselves dealing with a company management that would fiercely defend construction practises that are widely Unacceptable. And at times, unfortunately , would do so with dishonesty. Just one example; Probuild360 were found not to be following the structural engineer’s instructions, which in itself is a problem. But further dishonesty came from management, when in writing, within official communications, claimed that Probuild360 had acquired alternative structural engineer’s instructions and were following those instead. It has been proven that there were never alternative structural engineer’s instructions. This was a dishonest statement by management, in writing. We are delighted for everyone that has had a positive experience with this company. But there are multiple people that had negative experiences. Probuild’s marketing team actively has negative reviews removed. Over the last 12 months, Probuild360 had enough negative reviews removed from Trustpilot, that IF these reviews were published, the statistics would have been 50% negative, 50% positive (can be seen on Trustpilot’s website under review- probuild360.co.uk- transparency). To clarify, reviews were Not removed due to Trustpilot concluding these were untrue or wrongful, but on technicalities. Probuild360 attempted to have this Google review removed three times to date.

I initially contacted Probuild with high hopes and the full intention of using them. I even told them up front that they were our first choice. It took me a few chasers to get them to look at my extension plans but nothing too terrible. They gave me a range quote and said they would give the full quote once we had our structural drawings/calculations in place. We provided those on 7th August but had no reply. Chased it up on 13th August and were told we would have the final quote week of 18th August. The week came and went with no contact so I chased again on 27th August and 1st September with no response either time. As a final attempt, I called on 12th September and was told that the director would look at the plans over the weekend and 100% get me a quote on Monday. Guess what...when I called on Monday I was told he hadn't even looked at my email until that day. Now I've been told I'd need to wait another week, despite them dropping the ball for over a month so far. The director, Bahram, has completely dodged giving any apology for the service. We've gone elsewhere. Given how they behave before they have your business, I dread to think how it would be once you were stuck with them! Perhaps spending more time responding to emails/calls and less time writing long and aggressive replies to reviews would result in fewer poor reviews. Edit: As expected, the director Bahram has responded to my review on Trustpilot (a copy/paste of this review) to call me a liar and to say I was never told I would have a quote by a particular time. Unfortunately for him I have the receipts. I have now uploaded screenshots of the emails I’ve described here. To be clear, I approached him directly with all of these dates and info and he took no accountability. Had he actually apologized for the poor service I would not have left a review. Him doubling down and calling me a liar shows exactly what kind of man he is.

Pro build 360… The most appropriate company name I've come across in quite a while. We used this team of professionals to partially renovate and extend our tired old 1930’s semi. Having a need to get the job done quickly and efficiently and having poor knowledge of the industry as a whole, we decided to go with what we hoped was a safe pair of hands to take the project from start to finish. From the first meeting with Bahram though to the architect, office manager and various department heads, all the guys and girls were warm, personable and great communicators. This professional team made the experience easy for us, they completed on time and to a high standard. They were also considerate to neighbours and very tidy!! Obviously this level of service comes at a premium but you really do get what you pay for. Special mentions for Matt Harris - top man, down to earth and didn't mind all our stupid questions! (There were many), Alexandrea Major - nailed our Kitchen design with minimum of fuss and Callum the head chippy. We also feel it's worth noting that despite our project been very small by pro build standards, we were never made to feel like our project was any less important. There must be a consistency of high service delivery standards ingrained in this company. Thanks to all at PB 360.

We moved into our home eight years ago with the plan to extend and remodel, but life got in the way after having a child. We always knew we wanted to make the house work better for our family, but couldn't find anything on the market that suited us. So, we decided to make our home work for us. Our main goal was to create more space downstairs, with a larger kitchen and an open-plan living area. We also wanted space for work and leisure, including a dedicated area for our daughter’s music practice. We found ProBuild360 through local ads and recommendations from friends and family. We were particularly impressed after seeing a neighbour’s renovation project and hearing how highly they spoke of ProBuild360. We wanted a partner who could manage the whole process from start to finish, as we knew we wouldn't be able to do it ourselves. DIY was no longer an option for us, and we both agreed it was time to bring in professionals. ProBuild360’s all-in-one service really appealed to us. We’d heard horror stories about building projects dragging on, but ProBuild360’s approach was different. They took ownership of the entire process and completed the project on time, which was such a relief compared to some of the never-ending projects we’d seen nearby. ProBuild360 also paid attention to the little details, like symmetry and proportions, ensuring that everything worked together perfectly. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but they helped refine it, offering expert advice when we were uncertain. They were fantastic at visualising how everything would come together, even when we weren’t sure ourselves. The interior design team, led by David, was integral to the whole process. His confidence in his ideas and style convinced us of things we hadn’t thought about before. He kept us well-informed throughout, explaining every appliance and piece of furniture that would be installed. They even invited us to their showroom, which we were really impressed by. It gave us so many ideas, especially for the worktops and pantries we wanted in our kitchen. Knowing that these could be supplied and fitted through them was a huge bonus. The whole team, including Wes, Matt & Max was excellent. They kept us updated throughout the project. Whenever we had a question or wanted to make a change, they were always available and happy to listen and solve any issues we had. They were always just a phone call or WhatsApp message away, which was a huge difference compared to other contractors we’ve worked with. What we appreciated most was the teamwork between all the specialists—externals, interiors, and electrics. Everyone was on the same page, which made the project smooth and fluid. We could talk to one person about interiors, and they would know exactly what was going on with the electrics and externals. This collaboration made everything easier and more efficient. The end result has completely exceeded our expectations. The light the space brings in, and how it connects the outside with the inside, has really given us a new way to live. Our neighbours were also very complimentary about the team. They were impressed by how tidy, polite, and professional the builders were. If I were to advise anyone starting a project, I’d say have a vision, know what you want to achieve, and definitely call ProBuild360. Do your research, find a reputable company, and make sure they take ownership of the project. You don’t want to be chasing different companies for the same issues. Managing the project ourselves wasn’t an option for us. We wanted a company that would take responsibility for everything and guide us through the process. I would highly recommend ProBuild360—they really took care of everything and the quality of the finish was fantastic. The team finished everything to a high standard, and we couldn’t be happier with the result.

We recently had the pleasure of working with ProBuild360 for our home renovation project, and I can confidently say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The process started quickly and efficiently. When the team first arrived, I was initially overwhelmed, wondering if we really wanted to proceed. My husband and I had debated for years whether we should take on such a significant project. When we finally decided to go ahead, it felt like a huge leap. Watching everything being knocked down and living without central heating or hot water for the first six weeks was challenging, but ProBuild360 made it bearable. When they discovered asbestos, they handled it professionally and gave us great advice along the way. Working with different project managers for various aspects of the renovation was seamless. Each manager knew their responsibilities. Everything was so well-coordinated that it made the process stress-free. The extension has truly transformed our lives. With a big family, including four children and their partners, we now have ample space for everyone. Our extended family has also been impressed with the new space. Before, we used to crowd into a small dining room, but now we have the space we need. My husband has always wanted a big kitchen, and now he has it. He's thrilled, and so am I. The kitchen is perfect, and I’m sure, as a chef, he'll be cooking many wonderful meals there. Overall, I would recommend ProBuild 100%. Their professionalism, clear communication, and efficient project management made the entire renovation process a breeze. We didn’t have to worry about a thing; they took control, and we stood back in amazement. Our neighbour, a former builder, was also impressed with the build quality.
