I recently had work completed by RPV Construction and couldn’t be happier with the results. They installed new flooring throughout my home and also carried out skimming and plastering work to a very high standard. It’s a father-and-son business, and I dealt mainly with Ronaldo, who was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the job. The team were efficient, worked quickly without compromising on quality, and left everything looking great. Their pricing was very reasonable and offered excellent value for money. We have always chosen reputable qualified, professional tradesmen over the years & never had any issues however RPV Construction, who lives in our street were trying to build up their business in 2024. They heard we were looking into having a side extension. They knocked on our door. After long talks we gave them a chance. There wasnt a great deal to go on review wise but snippets mostly on FB & not sure if they were all genuine. Some seemed fair for certain trades jobs but not much about any extensions of this size. There our neighbours. Seemed reliable people. They talked the talk. Surely they wouldn't do us wrong? We will shorten most of our review as the problems we encountered throughout the build are just too many to list. We don't need to exaggerate or lie. We have a portfolio of the issues, reports, photos, dates for anyone to see .What we went through was very traumatic & stressful. Also costly ( in order to get issues put right that RPV refused to do). Some aspects of their ' skills ' are ok. Some are learn as they go. When an issue occurs they don't appreciate its your home & want the job done correctly. They want the job done. Money paid regardless of what is wrong. We agreed that only qualified tradesmen for some of the tasks would be used and we agreed on all materials that should be used. We were out one day and they went against our agreement & did the plumbing themselves. They also used the wrong pipework then covered in concrete & refused to undo the job. It was bodged among other jobs. They shout out loud that they are the best construction company locally & maybe beyond. We knew more of what should have been done on many occasions. The materials they ordered were often of a lesser quality than agreed. Our driveway was trashed because they dug a large chunk out . Mistake, it should have been dug out at the back of the house. They re laid it messily & damaged some of the bricks laid. There's more on this subject. You perhaps just wouldn't believe. Yes we had a contract through a local architect but still more problems arose. They stated a definite amount of time to finish the build and without leaving it for another job but they chose to disappear for a months holiday. What I have wrote is only a fraction of it. Fast forward to January 2026 now. 2024 was the most traumatic, stressful time of our lives & we are still experiencing ongoing & further problem due to RPV . They don't care. They refuse to accept liability even though we have lots of real proof to show they are liable. Our home as been ruined by RPV & that is some we cannot accept . So much so that we are now going to apply to the small claims court. If just one potential RPV customer thinking of using them stands on caution & doesn't want to experience what we did then its good we helped. I will expect a reply that's shows another trait of theirs & that's that they will try to charm their way through anything. So it is now 2026. Our insurers took over RPV Constructions mess after we found black mould and fungus growth from the leak damage Now onto the 4th confirmed leak . We are at the digging out a chanel stage to expose underfloor pipework. The 4th leak is showing where they joined the speedfit pipes and would you believe, RPV only covered a small are of pipework with conduit. The rest were not. The reason I suppose why they swiftly poured the concrete over the pipework before anyone could see their unfinished job. Even after all evidence/ proof of everything we have to show they are at fault they still completely unprofessionally ignored everything. Didnt give a jot to the trauma, pressures and worries we have and still are experiencing. Again, we hope it helps any potential customers of RPV to not go through what we still are.

Very pleased with the work carried out on my conservatory. They worked very hard, when the work was finished left everywhere clean and tidy. Any issues after, they were more then happy to come take a look. I would 100% recommend them
