Wow, what can I say! I've three velux windows in my attic room which have been giving trouble all summer, making the space virtually uninhabitable. I left a request for help on the Swiss Build website and Andrea got back less than 24 hours later. Euan came round later that same day and swiftly diagnosed and fixed the problem, then gave me a primer on essential Velux maintenance.The room is now a pleasure to work in with a through draught from all sides. Absolutely brilliant customer service, and pinpoint expertise. I'm just kicking myself for not getting them in earlier!

I found Swiss Build from the velux site as a recommended installer. I needed some repairs to my large motorised velux roof window. They are a pleasure to deal with, very professional. It took a number of weeks to get the parts needed, but once they were in I had a call and arranged for the repair at my convenience just 2 days later!. The engineers are very professional and extremely friendly. They came on time and had fixed the issue with no problems at all, I would highly recommend Swiss Build if you are considering Velux windows or need any repairs, I am very impressed with th company!

What a lovely bunch of people. Being disabled presents me with particular problems and when the remote control on my Velux windows failed I called the nearest company recommended by Velux, Swiss Build Ltd. Robbie arrived, solved the initial problem, but also took the time to explain the alternative options, should the problem reoccur. He was helpful and reassuring, which is exactly what I needed at that stressful time.

Swiss Build were so helpful. I needed help with dodgy lighting. Neil came out really quickly and looked at it and told me what was needed. Great service.
