Having read numerous reviews I decided to use The Loft Conversion Company. They have proven to be approachable and easy to deal with. They organised all the Building Control drawings and approvals. The site team was exceptional. They worked through very challenging weather conditions and ensured the interior floors and stairs were protected at all times. They also tidied up at the end of each working day and kept the skip area tidy. I have worked in the construction industry for 30 years and I’m not easily impressed. The Loft conversion Co are a trustworthy and reliable team of builders. We had a bad experience in the past with builders and so we knew how important it was to be able to trust our builders and work with people that would respect the rest of our home. The Loft Conversion gave us a foreman who briefed all the other workmen on site that would come and go such as the plumbers and electricians etc. and they were all part of a big team that are used to working nicely together which is important when you are living in amongst it. Having a foreman really took the pressure off of me. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom build - tilers were first class. Our loft extension with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom is now the best part of the flat.

James and his team stepped in to finish my loft conversion carried out unsatisfactorily by previous builders. They pretty much started the job from scratch and knew exactly how to rectify the issues. Impressed by the quality and speed of the work and the attention to detail.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! We have used The Loft Conversion Company twice now for extension projects - the first for a Loft Conversion, and then the second for a large extension on the back of our home with new Family Room / Kitchen. There was no question of who we wanted to use for the second project because we were so pleased with the work the first time round. All of their staff are professional and courteous - and hard working. The work both times was to an extremely high standard, and we would highly recommend them to anyone for a building / extension project. A fab company to use! *****
