Xtraroom Loft Conversions
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Loft conversion work is the focus at Xtraroom Loft Conversions, a Burton-on-Trent business based at Cliff View Business Park on Dovecliff Road in Rolleston-on-Dove. The firm handles the design and build of new rooms within existing roof spaces, a process that typically covers dormer construction, roof-light fitting and the structural, insulation and finishing trades required to produce a usable upper floor.
Homeowners across Derby and the surrounding Derbyshire and Staffordshire area can reach the office during its weekday opening hours, with the site closed at weekends, and enquiries about converting loft space into an additional bedroom, study or bathroom are handled from the Rolleston-on-Dove base, where the conversion work is managed.
