First Choice Loft Conversion

Had first choice complete a dormer conversation for me over 12 months ago. Absolutely fantastic. Always happy to help and even changed original plans with no hassle. Over 12 months on and no issues with any of the works carried out. Highly recommend mark jimmy and the team.

First Choice carried out a loft conversion for me. I wanted a studio type room, so an en suite and kitchenette. They seamlessly organised the planning and building regulation side of things. They are a family run business, which was apparent, nice to see. All the guys that worked on my conversion were friendly, polite, hard working and reliable. Jimmy, Marc and Steve accommodated several late requests by myself for changes, with patience and knowledge. If you want a no frills/no fuss style of working, then First Choice are for you. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend. I love my new space!

Marc and his team were exceptional from start to finish on our loft conversion and reroof job. Marc, Jimmy and the lads were exceptional. They did everything end to end and built us a beautiful dormer conversion on our terrace house and seemed to be able to conjure space out of thin air. We now have two lovely rooms for our teen daughters, a home office and a staircase that even the building inspector was impressed with. We can't recommend them high enough, the only shame is we don't have another loft for them to convert! Thanks so much guys!

First Choice provided us with great service and piece of mind from initial inception to the final result accommodating any slight changes to their original design to suit our needs. After a few delays caused by weather / covid they were hardworking and finished the project as quickly as they could leaving us with a large Bedroom space with ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Really pleased with the result.
