Loftera
What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Loft conversions on a 1940s bungalow with substantial land and unused potential are the work described in the two accounts for this Liverpool construction company. One customer covers the full journey from quote to completion and describes the service as consistent throughout, with Loftera chosen ahead of the numerous firms approached.
A second reviewer, writing as a roofing contractor, rates the finished loft conversion as excellent and says the company puts the customer at the top of its priority list. Reliability is highlighted from that trade perspective, where dependable construction companies are described as hard to find, and the completed conversion itself draws praise for its visible quality.

Used Loftera for a conversion on my 1940"s bungalow as it had a lot of land and was a wasted potential. I tried getting quotes from numerous companies but Loftera clearly were the obvious choice. Right through the conversion from quote to completion they delivered 5 star service. Couldn't recommend these guys enough!
I could not be more pleased with my loft conversion. As a roofing contractor, I know how hard it is to find a reliable construction company. Loftera is one of the rare businesses that puts you at the top of their priority list and delivers an amazing service. Just take a look at the picture I attached, it's brilliant. We're going to get someone soon to determine how much value this conversion has added to our house. Boss company!
