Alan and his team were brilliant from initial contact to completion. He was very thorough and patient while we finalised what we wanted. The work included reconfiguring bedrooms, a new roof and dormers plus cladding and insulating through. The workmanship was top quality and everything was done on budget and within the agreed timescale. Alan and his team are experienced and trustworthy. They made the upheaval of having work done easier to manage with good communication, an orderly approach to works and overall consideration. Just marvellous. Alan and Mick magically made our house so much warmer by fixing a poor front door fitting we had done by someone else. They also improved the external drainage to minimise issues in the future. We then contacted Alan a week later as we’d had a water leak inside and he came up trumps to get a fab plumbing company to us. He’s someone it’s essential to have in your contacts, not just because he does a first class job but because you can absolutely trust him. Thanks a million Alan.
