We are in the process of working with Heb to build our design and construct our new forever home, and are really impressed with the quality of the process and customer care. Our project manager is super helpful, efficient and great at communication. She has taken on board our thoughts about what would suit our family and has made the bespoke Longhouse design even better than we could imagine. We highly recommend Heb to those who are looking at building a beautiful, sustainable and future proof home with a closely managed process and budget.

The HebHomes team have provided an impressive service from start to finish: from the initial meeting in Glasgow which explored the various possibilities of how a HebHomes Long House would suit an Irish landscape, to the timetabling of the SIP Energy (Athenry) construction team's start on site, and the inspection of completed building - within ten days(!) Throughout the process the lead architect, Ali, was in constant contact to set up virtual meetings as the designs progressed and to liaise with the wider group of professions involved here in Ireland as the date for the house construction approached. During the subsequent fitting out of the house HebHomes have remained in contact and have responded immediately to any further queries I have had. Overall, the clarity of design, pricing guidance, and communication has been excellent throughout. I've been living in the house [HebHomes LH102PD] for almost three months and I am still surprised by the sense of light and space and by the impact of the panoramic views of the N.W. Mayo countryside. The house is beautifully and simply designed with the focus upon maximising the interior living-space on what is a relatively modest footprint, and externally it looks very simple and neat: a modern take on a traditional rural style. As well as the sheer pleasure of the minimalist design a major surprise has been the generous amount of storage space which has been carefully factored to add to the comfort and convenience of living in the house. The high quality of the SIP construction has certainly been put to the test during this winter's series of storms but has demonstrated how economical the house is to run and how comfortable it is to live in, in even the harshest Irish weather.

The team at HEB Homes are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Cool designs inspired by the Longhouse form but with light open plan living spaces.

We're currently in the process of having Heb Homes help us build our new house and so far it has been a great experience! We have project manager Ami undergoing our planning permission and she has been so helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. She's great at communicating and keeping us updated every step of the way. We're ooking forward to hopefully receiving a successful planning application and continuing the journey with Heb Homes to apply for Building Warrant and receive our lovely house kit! Our assigned architect was helpful, patient, engaging and came up with some innovative solutions for what was a non-standard build (it's a demolish and rebuild).. We were uncertain about some stages of the process - how everything fitted together - as we were unlikely to go for full turnkey. Much of the documentation and process has been updated I believe. The standard layout for our kitchen area was not inspiring, but we ended up with a much more appealing design. I understand a full site visit is now standard, which would avoid some of the complications we had; I think a few more face-to-face meetings (difficult admittedly with COVID) would have been productive - emails and even Zooms with screen sharing doesn't quite have same issue resolution outcome. We are out of planning and building warrant stage, and about to embark on the kit phase.
