Manchester Loft Conversions N-W

Manchester Loft Conversions N-W specialises in loft conversions. The company has over 20 years of combined experience. It serves Manchester and Greater Manchester. It offers Velux, dormer and hip to gable loft conversions, and handles design, planning applications and building in-house. Free initial consultations are offered, and fixed-price quotes are provided. Typical build times are around 4 weeks for Velux conversions and 6 weeks for dormer conversions. The company uses a "Top Flite" staircase in its loft conversions.

A household in Manchester commissioned a loft conversion from Brian and his team, with the work tailored throughout to the customer's own wishes and needs. Brian is named as overseeing the project, which ran from the initial stages through to completion, and the customer describes the whole job as very professional.

The finished conversion met the client's requirements, and the account closes with thanks for the work carried out. The review covers the full process rather than a single stage of the build, from the early planning of the loft space to the point where the customer was satisfied with the result. Brian's involvement is mentioned directly, and the professional manner of the team is the aspect singled out for praise in the feedback.
