Matt and his team have helped us out with a number of projects and each time they have delivered 100%. We had our main ensuite bathroom completely remodelled and then an extension to create a downstairs guest room with ensuite. Nothing is too much trouble and his team of trades are likeminded with attention to detail, professionalism, and are great to deal with. Having one point of contact was hugely beneficial, Matt managed the whole project from start to finish. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and his team and we will definitely be using them again.

Matt at the Big Conversion company was great. His company installed our new kitchen for us. Work was completed on schedule to a high standard. He was friendly, polite and coordinated well with all the other contractors we were using. There was one slight hiccup, but Matt came straight round and sorted it really quickly. Work was completed on budget. He left our house clean and tidy and all rubbish was responsibly disposed of. What more could you want?

We used the Big Conversion Company for a garage conversion (back half of the garage converted into a utility room, door through from the hallway etc) and we're so happy with the results. All the tradesman who Matt works with are as good as you'll find, and the whole project was managed really well, efficient, good communication. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Matt & his team did an excellent job with our relatively small but somewhat complex extension. I was impressed by his determination to have the work done to a high standard, even returning substandard materials to the supplier. He is able to call on a wide range of tradesmen who were all efficient, helpful & polite. I also appreciated Matt's suggestions as amendments were made to the original plans. Matt is a good listener and sees the project through from beginning to end.

Matt & his Company recently converted our very dated en-suite shower room into a wet-room - it was an extensive upgrade requiring complete replacement of everything. I can’t praise Matt, his team and suppliers highly enough, but I would like to mention one person in particular and that was David who did the majority of work in the shower room, his attention to detail and sheer hard work was exemplary. I would highly recommend Matt and his Company and have no hesitation in using his team again - Thank you

We were very happy with Matt and the team’s work to convert our double garage into a large living / dining space, utility & front storage area, remove & build a new internal supporting wall between the lounge & dinning room, adding two sets of bifold doors and install underfloor heating with new flooring throughout the whole of the downstairs.  Matt was really responsive from the point of requesting & providing a quote for the works, tweaking the quote when we made changes, and fulfilling the job within the estimated time frame.  All the various trades involved were really knowledgeable, clean and tidy, and were happy to offer advice, recommend suppliers for flooring (LVT and carpet, bathroom and kitchen units etc.) and suggest improvements such as installing an outside tap when moving and replumbing the washing machine.  Matt and all the trades were happy to talk through or pop back and sort out any niggles even after completion and we would happily recommend The Big Conversation Company for any of the work we had completed.

We are so pleased we used Matt and his company to build our extension. Matt acted as project manager from start to finish which was what we required. We were kept fully informed throughout. All of the tradesmen that he uses are a credit to the Big Conversion Company and are experts in their respective fields. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Everyone worked to resolve issues rapidly after they cropped up. The whole team are very polite and clean up after themselves. We will look to use Matt and his company again for any future projects.
