House was a total wreck after flooding. After the drying process Trubuild did an amazing job from replastering to decorating to fitting Kitchen and Bathroom to fitting floors to electrics. Sam managed the whole operation suberbly and Howard is a wizard at almost everything. Thanks guys.

From my first contact with this company after being allocated them through my insurers, I was impressed, my contact George was knowledgeable about the work needed to repair a damaged wall and took time to understand our concerns regarding the brick selection - the job was allocated to two builders Dan and Denis who were excellent - the supplies came on the Friday and all work completed by them on a very long day on the Monday - they arrived before 8am and were there till almost 7pm - the quality of the work and attention to detail was excellent and they cleaned up completely after themselves - I left them drinks but they didnt use them and were very self sufficient - very happy

I had Chris from TruBuild come out to repair paving slabs that were damaged by another contractor. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. The job was completed very efficiently and to a high standard. Huge thanks, Chris!

Works done through Hastings insurance. We had problems with another contractor. Tru Build took over the works and booked a 2 week slot to complete the work. Office staff and tradesman all really helpful. I only wish Hastings had offered these to us first.

We had an exceptional service from TruBuild and cannot fault anything throughout the process. Communication was excellent from Sam and the office team and the workmanship was fantastic. Howard did such an amazing job on everything - his tiling was excellent and he was so knowledgeable and reassuring. He gave great advice when we asked for it. He was a carpenter amongst his many skills and the cabinets and our ceiling were repaired beautifully. We considered ourselves so fortunate to have had such a skilled professional doing the work. We are delighted with the finished results and would highly recommend TruBuild. Thank you to everyone involved.

After a careless local plumber failed to tighten connections to ballcock replacement had serious damp issues in my loft. Had 3 trades, Nick the plumber, Simon the plasterer and Dean the painter. All three did a splendid job all working on their own. Simon had to remove water tank and build a new platform for it and then replace everything. Simon had to cut out old ceiling replace plasterboard,tape and replaster at the head of my stairs. Dean had over stairs ceiling and the whole hall to repaint. All work tidily, arrived on time and cleaned up after them. I was amazed at how much they did in a combined 5 days. I struggled a bit with 3 sources of information using SMS, e mail and phone but that's probably due to my age.

Excellent job done by Dean, very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure that I was happy with the result.
