Your Loft 4 Storage

Excellent work and customer care. We are older, with back and shoulder issues. We needed a safe, lightweight aluminium loft ladder to replace our broken one. Paul came out promptly to discuss. Our new ladder and hatch were installed within the week. The job was completed in an afternoon and was very good, clean job. Their customer care after installation has been truly excellent. We are not tall and soon realised we had difficulty reaching the ladder to pull it down! Paul returned quickly to make adjustments to this, and a handle, at no extra cost. We are now totally satisfied. We highly recommend this company, not only for excellent installation but for its superb customer care.

I just wanted to leave an absolutely outstanding review for Your Lofts 4 Storage, because they’ve genuinely blown me away. The loft looks brilliant — honestly, far too nice to use for storage! I’m already thinking it might become a cosy little study instead. 😊 Liam, who fitted the whole thing over two days, was exceptional. He worked so hard, stayed each evening until the job was fully completed, and his attention to detail was incredible. The finish is immaculate — clean lines, solid workmanship, and everything looks so professionally done. They were also so clean, tidy, and respectful throughout the entire job. No mess, no fuss, no stress. Just proper, high‑quality work delivered with care. I’m genuinely thrilled with it. If anyone is thinking about getting loft storage or a loft transformation, I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.

I honestly couldn't be happier with the service I received. From their very first visit, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. They took the time to explain all the different options without any pressure, and helped me choose a solution that was right for both what I needed and what I wanted to spend, which I really appreciated. The installation was completed to such a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards I've gained so much more usable storage space! I also have to mention Wayne, who carried out the installation on one of the hottest days of the year. It must have been at least 10 degrees hotter up in the loft, but he never complained once and just got on with the job. You could tell he really cared about doing a great job, even in those conditions. It's so refreshing to come across a company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes real pride in its work. The whole experience was positive from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
