West End Builders Ltd operates as a building firm in Glasgow, and the feedback left by clients centres on the standard of finishing achieved across domestic work. A number of customers describe Neil Jordan, who leads the team, as a conscientious craftsman whose attention to detail is matched by a respectful and tidy approach on site. Reviewers often mention his professionalism and the skill of the craftsmen around him, particularly when a job involves awkward conditions such as laying flooring in a room whose layout presented challenges.

Communication before and during work is a recurring theme, with one client noting how a stressful situation following a flood from a neighbouring flat was handled as an organised project with excellent results. The team is also described as friendly and good-humoured, with one reviewer mentioning the pleasant conversation alongside the technical ability. Practical problem-solving comes up often, especially the capacity to adapt when material quality or room layout presents difficulties. Repeat business appears common, with several clients expressing a wish to use the firm again for future work. Bathroom repairs and flooring installations feature prominently among the jobs described.
